Our 30-Day Return Window
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
What we need
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Important exception: If you experience a skin reaction to any of our products, we'll provide a full refund even if the product has been used — simply register your reaction on our website with photos, and we'll take care of you.
Sale items
Can be returned if faulty or defective. Otherwise, all sales are final.
How to start a return
Email hello@nokori.co with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid Australia Post return label and simple instructions.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back — it helps us track everything smoothly.
Want to exchange?
The fastest way is to return your item first, then place a new order. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund and you're good to go.
Product Quality Issues
Faulty, defective, or not as described?
Contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number at hello@nokori.co. We'll replace it, offer store credit, or refund you.
This is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee and is separate from shipping-related damage.
Items We Can't Accept Returns On
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used personal care products (except skin reaction cases — see above)
- Gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we're flexible and reasonable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you an update. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven't seen it, let us know — we're happy to chase it up with your bank.
