How to use

Before you begin

Your incisions must be fully healed and stable before you start massaging. Don't massage an unsealed scar or a scab, and if you're unsure, check with your medical team to confirm your scar is ready.

Massaging too early can reopen the scar or increase the risk of infection --- so it's worth getting the green light first.

Application steps

Use once or twice daily. Place a small amount onto your fingertip --- just enough to cover the entire scar with a thin layer. A little goes a long way, so be gentle with how much you use.

Start gently massaging the balm into the scarred area using steady motions. You're aiming to move the scar and skin itself, rather than just rubbing the surface. Apply firm but gentle pressure --- you should see the skin whiten slightly, which tells you you're moving the scar tissue.

Work your way across the entire scar and surrounding area for 3–5 minutes. You'll feel the balm melting as it warms against your skin, creating a breathable layer that locks in moisture.

How long to use it

Massage for a minimum of 12 weeks. For best results, continue massaging for up to 12 months. Consistency matters --- your skin will thank you for the dedicated care.

Pairing with Scar Tape

If you're using both the Scar Balm and Scar Tape, alternate between them at regular intervals. Many patients use the tape during the day and the balm at night, or switch every few days. Just make sure the balm has fully absorbed into the skin before applying the tape --- applying tape directly over the balm won't stick properly.

Amazing product for scars highly recommend

Started using this balm after my breast augmentation about 5 months ago. The texture is beautiful, its rich but absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy film.
