About the role:

Nokori is a fast-growing surgical recovery brand working with leading surgeons and clinics across Australia. We’re building a trusted scar care portfolio that supports patients physically and emotionally through recovery.

We’re now looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Specialist to represent Nokori in Victoria, helping us strengthen existing relationships and expand into new clinics.

This is a flexible, territory-based role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, efficiency, and relationship-led clinical sales.

This is not a fixed “set days” role. Your schedule will flex around surgeon and clinic availability. Appointments are efficient and relationship-driven, and the right person will be able to stack meetings effectively and manage their territory with discipline.

What you’ll do / key responsibilities:

1) Territory Management

Maintain and grow revenue across your assigned territory.

  • Maintain and grow revenue across Nokori’s existing clinic base in Victoria.
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up, service, and relationship management.
  • Manage your territory with discipline, efficiency, and strong planning.
  • Build a regular cadence of clinic contact to support retention and reordering.

2) New Business Development

Identify, convert, and grow new clinic opportunities.

  • Identify and secure new stocking clinic partners across key specialties.
  • Convert warm leads into active, ordering customers.
  • Prospect new opportunities and build a healthy pipeline of target accounts.
  • Track activity, opportunities, and account progress using Copper CRM.

3) Education & Relationship Building

Build trust with surgeons, nurses, and clinic teams through product education and ongoing support.

  • Deliver product education sessions to surgeons, nurses, MDTs, and clinic teams.
  • Position Nokori as a trusted partner in surgical recovery.
  • Support smooth onboarding for new clinics.
  • Ensure customers are set up for ongoing reordering and long-term engagement.

4) Strategic Contribution

Provide commercial and field insight to help shape growth.

  • Share field feedback and market insights to support sales strategy.
  • Contribute observations from the territory to inform future product development.
  • Represent Nokori professionally at relevant events when required.

Specialty focus

You will be expected to build and develop relationships across key specialties, including:

  • Plastic Surgery
  • Breast & General Surgery
  • OB&G
  • Orthopaedics

What success looks like:

  1. Existing clinic relationships in Victoria are well maintained and continue to grow.
  2. New clinics are onboarded consistently and converted into active customers.
  3. Product education is delivered confidently and professionally across relevant stakeholders.
  4. Territory activity is managed in a structured way, with clear CRM hygiene and follow-up.
  5. Valuable market feedback is shared with the broader team to support strategic decisions.

What we’re looking for / must-haves:

  • 2+ years’ experience in medical or healthcare B2B sales.
  • Confident engaging surgeons and clinical teams.
  • Highly organised and self-directed.
  • Comfortable working independently within a defined territory.
  • Strong EQ and an adaptable communication style.
  • Motivated by growth and excited to help build a scaling healthcare brand.
  • Nice-to-haves (valued, not required)
  • Existing relationships within relevant clinic networks in Victoria.
  • Experience working across surgical, medical device, or clinical product categories.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience in territory-based sales with a high degree of autonomy.

Why join Nokori?

  • Genuine territory ownership.
  • Flexible structure built around outcomes, not office hours.
  • Direct collaboration with founders.
  • Opportunity to shape how we grow in your state.
  • Be part of an ambitious healthcare startup doing meaningful work.

How to apply?

If you’re excited to help shape the future of surgical recovery in your state, we’d love to hear from you.
